How to unlock all familiars in DragonSword: Awakening

You can currently unlock a total of 29 familiars in DragonSword: Awakening, with 11 DLC-exclusive and one available via its Deluxe Pack. They are divided into eight types: Insect, Squirrel, Cat, Bird, Sky Wolf, Direwolf, Gryphon, and Dragon, each offering a different traversal skill and kit.

You can check out how to unlock all below. Except for a few, you will need to claim them via the Familiar Codex after completing their requirement.

Apart from their skill, familiars (except for the Baby Dragon) also provide type-passives, enabled by having multiple options of the same type unlocked. For example, if you have unlocked two Direwolves, all familiars in your party will be able to perform their unique Boost Jump.
