A cozy, magical new world is calling, and some new friends need your help in Disney Dreamlight Valley. To find this area and rescue some more allies, you’ll need to know how to get to Honeyglow Woods.
Since this special world is part of an Adventure Pack rather than a regular DLC or a free base game update, the process for venturing to this world looks vastly different from anything we’ve seen before. This means it can be tricky to travel to this region, so if you’re struggling with the process, here’s how to get to Honeyglow Woods in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to visit Honeyglow Woods in Disney Dreamlight Valley
You can visit Honeyglow Woods by traveling through the special tree portal after growing it in DDV. It’s a bit of a different process than visiting most other areas in DDV, especially other DLC areas like Wishblossom Ranch and Storybook Vale, so it can be a bit tough to work through.
How to get Honeyglow Woods portal in Disney Dreamlight Valley
The first step in this process is acquiring the special Tree Sprout that’s needed to grow the Honeyglow Woods tree portal. Here’s how to make it happen.
- Purchase the Honeyglow Woods Adventure Pack DLC. You can only visit this region after first buying the DLC, so start with this step. Make sure you install it after purchasing.
- Open a mysterious box in the mail. Head to any mailbox placed by one of your houses in the valley to find a strange box containing a Tree Sprout.
- Place the Tree Sprout through your Furniture Menu. Rather than digging a spot and waiting for it to grow, you’ll find the Sprout in your Furniture Menu. Place it down to initiate a cutscene of it growing into the Tree Portal.
Once the Tree Sprout is fully grown during the cutscene, you’ll have a magical new portal you can enter to travel to Honeyglow Woods. After it’s grown, this portal can be freely moved around anywhere in the main valley or over to any Floating Island you have unlocked.
Where is Honeyglow Woods in Disney Dreamlight Valley?
Honeyglow Woods exists as its own, separate world disconnected from the main valley and all DLC areas. You can think of it as being a bit similar to the many Realms that can be visited through the Dream Castle, except it’s a lot bigger and visually more similar to valley and DLC world areas.
Can you fast travel to Honeyglow Woods in Disney Dreamlight Valley?
Yes, you can fast travel directly to Honeyglow Woods through Disney Dreamlight Valley’s reworked teleportation menu. By heading into your fast travel menu, you’ll now find a category dedicated to Honeyglow Woods, allowing you to enter any of its four biomes that you’ve unlocked so far. Similarly, you can fast travel out of Honeyglow Woods back into Dreamlight Valley or other regions you have unlocked.
Initially, you’ll only have access to Drowsybloom Acre. As you progress through Honeyglow Woods’ main storyline, you’ll gradually unlock more, allowing you more fast travel options as you teleport to and from this new area.
