The “less is more” approach is one embraced by many indie developers for obvious reasons, but few games have taken the mantra quite to heart as much as Block World. It’s free today, which is the kind of “less is more” attitude that I really like.
Block World is a slow-paced platforming game made entirely of colored shapes. However, being slow does nothing to stop the challenge, with some sneaky trial-and-error problems inserted into the proceedings from the get-go. It’s strangely compelling though.
So yeah, check it out or something. Go on.
