Street Fighter V‘s third beta starts as early as midnight 12:01am PT Friday on PS4 and PC (Steam) and will end at 10:00pm Sunday. Pre-ordering the Steam PC copy will grant you beta access, and if you’re a fan of the series on PC, you can get some relatively decent pre-order deals for Street Fighter V.

At Green Man Gaming, the current site-wide 23% off code discounts SFV to $46.20, although the coupon will expire as early as tomorrow, December 18 at 8:00am Pacific. Generally, GMG extends its codes through the weekend, but we have word that a lower discount coupon of 20% off will be showing up tomorrow in conjunction with a planned sales event.
You can also grab a copy at France-based DLGamer, where the game is at a slightly cheaper $45.59, or 24% off. Both stores are authorized Capcom retailers and as such will include the Chun-Li battle costume pre-order bonus.
As of writing, both retailers are handing out pre-order bonus keys that grant you access to the beta starting tonight. Characters included in this phase will be Ryu, Cammy, Birdie, Necalli, Laura, and Nash. Word from Capcom is there may be more characters coming in the three-day period.
Note: the server will experience two separate 10-hour maintenance windows during the beta phase — the first starting at 8:00am on the 18th, and the second at 6:00pm on the 19th — so plan your game time accordingly.
