The dress-up behemoth that is Dress to Impress on Roblox has been around for about a year now, and the sheer amount of items proves it. From tops to skirts to jeans to shoes, you can find just about anything you need to create that perfect fit.
However, as the game evolved, new items had to replace the old ones. While we love the new pieces, there are some old ones we would love to see back in the game. Here are the top ten items we want back in the dressing room.
The 10 Best Discontinued Items from Dress to Impress
Platform Sandals

These beautiful, beachy sandals were perfect to go with any summer-inspired look you could come up with. So it was a real shame to see them removed from the game in November 2024.
While the other summer sandals remained available for use, they’re just not the same. They’re flat and boring, with only one color swatch. Come summer, we hope to see these sandals back in DTI.
Fur-Trimmed Cardigan

It’s a well-known running joke that the cropped fur jacket in Dress to Impress is ugly. There are plenty of lovely fur tops now, but back in the early days, there was just one other fur-trimmed item. And boy, do we miss it.
This cardigan came with fur trim that could be toggled off as you pleased, to create a stylish winter outfit. While the new furry items are lovely, we still yearn for this cardigan.
Choker Necklace

The Choker Necklace, unlike the last entry, was one of the most popular items in the game. You couldn’t go a single round without seeing it, and that’s because it was such a stellar item to use.
So it was heartbreaking to see this item removed in the November 2024 update. Sure, we do technically have a replacement choker that came with the New Year’s currency outfit, but it can’t measure up. Bring back this beloved choker, please!
Fluffy Sandals

These platform fluffy shoes were so cute and kawaii. They were perfect for Decora outfits, or fluffy stay-at-home fits. Alas, these fluffy shoes were another of the items wiped out during the November update.
To be fair, the mesh was indeed broken, so it did make sense to remove them from the game. But we’re hoping to see a remake added in sooner rather than later.
Biker Jacket

If nowadays you’re stumped on what to do for the motorbike themes, you’re not alone. The classic Biker Jacket was a staple item for these rounds, but sadly it was removed from the dressing room in November.
If you want that classic biker look now, you’ll have to use one of the Dress to Impress code items. How disappointing. Maybe someday, we’ll be treated to this awesome jacket once again.
Flared Pants

This is an item many players probably don’t even know about, seeing as how it’s been gone since April 2024. But these Flared Pants are so adorable, we’re still holding out hope that they’ll come back.
Even worse than their absence is the fact that no new clothing item resembles them, even a little. These pants were truly one-of-a-kind. It’d be wonderful to have a remake of these to choose from in the dressing room.
Zip-Up Top

Making a cozy hoodie outfit isn’t as easy as it used to be, seeing as how this tank zip-up top has been gone for a few months now. While there are still hooded sweatshirts, there are none with zippers.
We’d be ecstatic to see this item return, as it was a great base piece for comfy outfits and sportswear. The formal and fancy tops that came with the Valentine’s Update are gorgeous, but we need some casual stuff, too.
Square Glasses

Let’s take a moment of silence for all the glasses we’ve lost — which is quite a few. While each was special in its own way, the Square Glasses were the biggest loss. There has never been another pair like them.
These glasses were perfect for retro-styled looks, or for a great pair of shades when you needed something to make a statement. Dress to Impress only has a handful of glasses now, even less if you don’t have VIP, and we want more options.
Heart Antennae Headband

Ok, so these were only useful for a handful of themes and fits. But that doesn’t mean we don’t still love them. The classic antennae with cute hearts was perfect for Valentine’s themes, or an adorable alien.
Sadly these Heart Antennae are long gone, but not forgotten. We haven’t received a quirky headpiece like this in a while from the DTI team, and we’d be ecstatic to see this headband return. Even if we can’t use it every round, it’s still lovely.
Classic Mary-Janes

The most recent casualty, the Mary-Janes, can actually still be found in-game. But they’ve recently received a rework and to be honest, we don’t love it. Gone are the stylish platforms and instead, we have a flat, lifeless shoe.
The reworked shoes just can’t compare to the classic ones. Not only were they prettier, but they also made great layering pieces. Maybe Dress to Impress can release a classic toggle so we can enjoy both?
