British developer Rebellion has announced a release date for the fourth entry in its grim shooter series Zombie Army. Dead War will be arriving on PS4, PC and Xbox One on February 4, 2020.

Expert sniper Karl, engineer Shola, steel-hearted tactician Jun and the heavyweight might of Boris are the team standing tall against the putrid horde of the undead Nazi menace, providing players with exciting and chaotic co-op multiplayer action. As expected from the team behind the Sniper Elite series, Zombie Army 4 will feature advanced shooting mechanics and more than its fair share of detailed gore effects. Bleurgh.

For dedicated franchise fans, a collector’s edition will also be made available. This set includes the game in a steelbook casing, a soundtrack sampler, a 60-page art book, an “Undead Airman” character pack and, finally, a 10-inch figurine of a zombie shark, what else? This collector’s edition is available to pre-order at GAME in the UK, priced at around £90.

For those of you who wish to go all in on content, a “Super Deluxe Edition” comes loaded with all upcoming DLC. This includes three new campaign levels, four character packs, nine weapon bundles, as well as skins for your heroes and their tools of destruction.

Zombie Army 4: Dead War launches February 4 on PS4, PC and Xbox One.
