Zeno Clash coming to XBLA!?!

Recommended Videos

Long time readers will know of the tremendous support we’ve given ACE Team’s Zeno Clash over the past year. I’ve wanted to play that game for the longest time, but since my poor little laptop is chock full of work stuff, I never did get the bizarre PC game and I wept. No longer, however, shall I cry, for it has just been revealed that the game is working its way towards an XBLA release! Yay!

Just in case you didn’t know, Zeno Clash casts you as a rebellious child of the insane hermaphrodite known as Father Mother. The XBLA version is not 100% confirmed yet, but ACE Team is close to a deal, and has promised that the console version will come with extra content.

“We’ve been having conversations about a possible XBLA version of the game and we’re currently talking with a publisher, but we still haven’t closed that yet. But it’s something we’d really like to do,” states ACE co-founder Carlos Bordeu.

ACE Team is looking at XBLA specifically because the Source Engine is suited to the 360 and it would make porting the game easier. I really, really hope this happens, since Zeno Clash is a game I’m dying to play, and having it conveniently stored on my Xbox 360 would be more than I could ask for.

Make this happen, somebody!
