Zelda Symphony’s European date and location revealed

Nintendo has been slowly releasing information about The Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Symphony ever since it was announced a few months back at E3.  During our recent chat with Bill Trinen from Nintendo’s product marketing group, we were told that they were planning a trio of 25th anniversary concerts in North America, Europe, and Japan to take place in October with a full-scale tour to follow in 2012.  Los Angeles and Tokyo have been announced as hosts for North America and Japan, respectively, but they hadn’t unveiled which European city would be graced with an October concert until now.

As it turns out, the concert celebrating the music of The Legend of Zelda will be hitting London on Tuesday, October 25th.  Tickets will go on sale on August 8th for the one-off performance, so be sure to hit up the official website for ticketing information on that date if you’re serious about attending.

With hand-picked music by composer Koji Kondo and his team at Nintendo set to be performed at the October shows, will you be trying to make it out to Los Angeles, London, or Tokyo, or will you be holding out for the tour in 2012?
