You need to destroy the world in Halfbrick’s new game

Colossatron: Massive World Threat

Recommended Videos

Halfbrick, makers of hits such as Fruit Ninja, Jetpack Joyride, and more, have just announced Colossatron: Massive World Threat. The game sees you taking control of a giant robot snake alien thing and your goal is simple: BLOW UP EVERYTHING!

Part of the gameplay sees you needing to extend your Colossatron by attaching red, yellow, and blue colored Powernodes. Each color represents a different weapon or ability, and nodes can be combined to form new colors for stronger tiered powers.

From there you just need to destroy everything in your path. Success is measured in dollars of destruction caused, so the more powerful you are the more you’ll be able to destroy, thus achieving higher scores.

No release date or price has been given, but Halfbrick did mention that there will be competitive and cooperative social features. No platforms were given either, but Halfbrick’s bread and butter has always been the mobile scene so expect this to at least come to iOS and Google Play stores.

Needless to say, I am pretty excited for this one.
