When we first saw screenshots of the upcoming 101-in-1 Explosive Megamix for Nintendo DS, we thought it looked like a party in your pants. And we felt that this game of minigames was a pretty good value at $20, or less than $.20 a minigame. Today, though, the game reveals a new side of itself in these new screenshots. I don’t know if this was intentional or not, but many of the screenshots look scary.
Minigames are supposed to be cute, right? They’re not supposed to have crazed chefs, sticks of dynamite on a timer, or dirty kitchens with spilled beer bottles. And how about creepy voodoo dolls, or burning houses? What is this dark vibe? Does 101-in-1 Explosive Megamix have a hidden evil side? Maybe I’m reading into this too much.
Evil or not, this game will be available on April 21st for $20.
