We told you yesterday that an Uncharted 4 multiplayer beta was probably definitely happening this weekend; now we can confirm that it’s definitely definitely happening. We have the information straight from the horse’s mouth. (What a weird idiom. Horses not named “Ed” don’t talk.)
PlayStation Blog says that multiplayer beta will run this weekend from March 4 9am Pacific until March 6 11:59pm Pacific. The purpose is to stress test the servers. The idea is to get all the kinks worked out before the game actually launches. Sometimes that approach works, sometimes it doesn’t.
The eager beavers out there can take preparatory measures by downloading the file right now. Then when Friday rolls around, they can get right to the murder, murder, murder like they’re Ja Rule.
