Deltarune‘s Chapter 5 has some wonderful boss fights, and you can get a few headaches when trying to defeat the pair of Yellow and Blue. This is one of the more advanced boss fights that appears in the second half of the chapter.
Unlike traditional battles, you can’t win the fight by simply damaging the duo. Instead, you’ll have to play the role of a judge and solve four different cases.

How to complete the Yellow and Blue boss fight in Deltarune Chapter 5
To complete the boss fight, you’ll need to solve four cases. To solve a case, you’ll need to have enough TP to begin a trial (more on that later). You’ll also have to have sufficient evidences.
Once you have raised enough TP, use Kris’ Act and choose Yellow. You’ll then get the option to begin a trial. However, if you’re short of evidences, use Kris’ Act against Blue. You can then get evidences from him that will allow you to begin a trial. If you’re short of TP, use the Acts of Susie and Ralsei.
As I mentioned above, there will be four cases to solve.
Case 1: Floradinn

The first case has the Floradinn as the victim. It claims that it was crushed flat. There are five suspects in the form of Aqua, Seth, Green, Yellow himself, and Blue.
For the first case, Seth is the culprit. The PerpBook is her evidence, since she always carries the book everywhere.
Case 2: Yellow

For the second case, Yellow himself is the victim. He reports that his favorite yellow shirt has been vandalized.
In this case, Green is the culprit. The tattered piece of the yellow shirt is the correct evidence.
Case 3: Green

Before you can begin this trial, you’ll need to request evidence from Blue. You’ll need to hear out Green for the third case, who reports that his handkerchief has been stolen.
In this case, Aqua is the one behind the mischief. Choose the Red Splatter item from the list of evidence. She was trying to make the handkerchief look different, and hence the experiment.
Case 4: Yellow

Yellow is once again the victim as his secret special petals have gone missing.
To solve the case, accuse Blue and select the Blue String as the evidence. While Yellow will get angry at you for accusing Blue, the latter will confess to his crime. At this point, Yellow would decide to punish himself, but his plans fail since the bullets of his revolver got swapped with blue flowers.
Yellow then decides that it’s enough, and he no longer wants to fight Kris and company. Thus ends the boss fight involving two really dynamic characters in Deltarune. Once done, you can proceed deeper into the second half of Chapter 5.
