Yakuza 4 special edition for UK, not us

I’ll take Yakuza 4 in any way that Sega wants to give it to me, but I won’t argue with a special edition. 

UK retailer GAME lists something called Yakuza 4 Kuro Edition. In this you’ll get a black metal case (“kuro” means black in Japanese), new in-game costumes for all four characters, a survival rush mode, a racing mode, and a DLC fighting arena. It is priced exactly the same as the standard edition. 

All that extra content and fancy casing sounds nice, but from what Sega told Joystiq, gamers in North America won’t see this special edition, as it’s for Europe only.
