Xbox One gets Max: The Curse of Brotherhood tomorrow

Worth a look, honestly

The more I think back to what I’ve played of Max: The Curse of Brotherhood, the more I want to try the platformer again. To best it. The game was unexpectedly challenging in a good way. It’s getting something of a surprise release for Xbox One on Friday, December 20.

There’s no word from publisher Microsoft Studios on the Xbox 360 version, which presumably means we can expect that to drop next year. If you do happen to own the new console, however, consider this — and not just because you’re desperate for more games to play on the system. Max should be a genuinely good game. Should. For as long as it’s been in development, I’m hopeful.
