About once a month, Funcom assures fans that Age of Conan is still coming out for the Xbox 360. It’s about that time again. In an Eurogamer live interview, the game’s director Craig Morrison answered a reader’s question about the game’s progress … and said it’s still coming.
“There is a small dedicated team working on the Xbox platform at the moment. We still plan on having a 360 version of the game at some stage but I’m afraid I can’t go into any specifics beyond that at the moment,” he said. “It is a very technical task for a game like ours.”
In September, Funcom’s focus on the PC version was the cause for delay. In October, the studio said that the Xbox 360 version was coming but wasn’t “a key priority.” In December, Funcom CEO seemed to shrug his shoulders about the whole ordeal. His message? It’s still coming.
