Up-and-comers gonna cost you extra
We might have only recently completed the reveal of WWE 2K19′s roster last week, but already 2K Games are ready to rock with a list of DLC stars, headed to the ring post-release.
Consisting mostly of the talented men and women of feeder (and far superior) promotion NXT, the DLC list includes the plucky Dakota Kai and the vintage-stylings of Lacey Evans, as well as Candice LeRae and devastating tag-team The War Raiders. Also on the way are “Man of the Hour” Lio Rush, rich-boy EC3 and Donald Trump’s favourite wrestler, Bobby Lashley.
Unfortunately, one of the single most talented workers on a WWE paycheck, Ricochet, is also a post-release purchase. This is a shame, given what a amazingly popular star he has become in 2018. If you want to check out previous roster reveals, you can find them here and here.
WWE 2K19 launches on PS4, Xbox One and PC October 9.
