World to the West gets a release date, new trailer

Wii U’s (seemingly) final game!

Developer Rain Games has announced that World to the West (a title I previewed just last week) will be releasing on May 5 for PC, PS4, Xbox One and Wii U for $19.99. With that news comes a new trailer and some information on different language options (the game will be available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Norwegian, Chinese, Dutch, Arab and Polish).

I did enjoy my time with the preview and didn’t have too much in the way of complaints. I found the combat a little boring and the game was pretty easy, but with Nintendo seemingly silent on the future of any top-down Zelda games, World to the West should be more than capable of satiating fans of Nintendo’s older take on that series.
