I’m a lumberjack and I’m okay!
Any day I have an excuse to post a classic Monty Python sketch is a great day. It just so happens that today is such an occasion, as Jack Lumber is now available on Steam. As part of an introductory sale, if you pick it up before May 7th you can get it at 33% off.
I picked the game up on iOS at launch, and I have to say, I had a blast. It’s basically a more captivating version of Fruit Ninja, with some pretty interesting concepts, and a unique sense of humor. Essentially, you’ll chop up various bits of wood as you trek across each stage, and adopt animals. Like most iOS based games, it lends itself very well to quick play sessions, and has a pretty deep in-game store — for reference, the PC game has no microtransactions.
