If you’ve been paying attention to gaming last year, then many of the winners won’t be a surprise, although there are a few unexpected titles that make the final list.

Baldur’s Gate 3 snatches up Game of the Year. With a reputation that has placed it among one of the best CRPGs of all time, this isn’t unexpected. It faced competition from titles like Resident Evil 4 Remake, Lethal Company, and Hogwarts Legacy. Larian’s game also wins the Outstanding Story-Rich Game Award.

The Best Game on Steam Deck award goes to Hogwarts Legacy, which runs superbly on the handheld with the right settings. Its competitors were titles like Diablo 4, Dredge, and Brotato. Starfield also scores a win in the Most Innovative Gameplay Award category.
