*Sigh* Perhaps we shouldn’t run any contests under the guise of sports — maybe then, we’d get more than a (baby’s) handful of entries. People, we must confess: we figured you would be willing to go above and beyond for a chance at a PS3, especially with all the great games available for the console this season (MotorStorm: Pacific Rift, LittleBigPlanet, Resistance 2). But obviously, we were sadly mistaken in our overestimation of your desire for a free videogame console.
What more can we do? We here at Destructoid feel like exasperated parents (we’re not mad; just disappointed). We line up contest after contest for you, dear readers — with nothing but kick-ass prize packages — and time and again, you repay us with what seems like a “meh” of indifference at best, and sheer laziness at worst. Sure, you might have to get off your ass occasionally to create an entry for some of our giveaways, but is that so much to ask? How many of you have better excuses than “I meant to enter, but I forgot/didn’t get around to it”?
In any case, we’re going to take the role of the battered wife here and give you one more chance: we’re extending our Blitz: The League II giveaway for a second time, so you’ll really have no one to blame but yourself if you don’t get an entry in.
