R.E.P.O. is full of its own hidden and cryptic lore, and it just got more interesting with the new secret shop added into the Cosmetics Update.
The secret shop has existed since R.E.P.O.‘s release back in February 2025, but it hasn’t seen much love since then. It was a glimpse into something different, allowing semibots to explore a small part of R.E.P.O.’s lore without being chased while doing it. Finding that sweet spot in the Service Station, using Feather Drone, Double Jump, or Zero Gravity to reach the secret shop became second nature, but there was no real reason to go back in there every time you visited the station. But that might have changed with this update, and it’s worth checking out.
Here are the secret shop locations we’ve found in R.E.P.O. Cosmetic Update.
R.E.P.O. Secret Shop locations
The Service Station has a new look—multiple, to be exact. Much like loading into a level, the Service Station has different interior and exterior designs now, noticeable from the loading screen. There appear to be at least five different variations of the shop, providing a different environment to look out into from the windows, adding a layer of immersion that was previously missing. The change in its interior means you can no longer find the secret shop in its usual spot.
New Service Station designs may or may not offer the secret shop inside it. The easiest way to find it is by exploring the outskirts of the main shopfloor. This includes the ominous white door, diner, WC, or freezer/waiting area. Basically, anything that looks different from the original Service Station likely holds the secret shop entrance inside.
So far, we have found the secret shop at the back of the Service Station, where there are freezers with cracked glass. A part of the floor over here is fake, leading to a creepy basement area where imprisoned semibots lie dormant. Alternatively, the WC holds an entrance in the crawlspace above the first cubicle. It is possible to reach this without upgrades, drones, or help from your fellow semibots by flushing the toilet with you inside, ejecting yourself into the crawlspace above. Some sections can act as the secret shop, such as the garage, which doesn’t have a secret entrance as it’s behind a white door, typically opposite the Truck. We’ve also found the secret shop behind the diner section where available. Use grenades or melee weapons to break down the wall, specifically where there’s a crack on the surface behind the counter and barstools.

Service Stations now include more lore in their design, providing something else to look at that isn’t healing items, upgrades, or weapons. What’s a shame, however, is that while it can be fun exploring these new environments, the secret shop’s stock remains limited. We have only found the Duct-Taped Grenades, Human Grenades, and Duck Bucket inside the secret shop, regardless of their appearance or spawn location in the station. It doesn’t seem to matter which version of the secret shop you find; the items sold inside it remain the same. Hopefully, future updates will add more variety to the secret shop to provide yet another reason to search for it.
