Where to Buy Tabantha Wheat in Tears of the Kingdom

The easiest way to find Tabantha Wheat is to visit a few stores. Each bundle of wheat costs 12 Rupees, and the following stores offer it:

  • Gerudo Town – Visit the stall manned by Spera, and she’ll happily sell you some wheat, though this can only be done after solving the Regional Phenomenon in the area.
  • Rito Village – In Rito Village, wheat can be purchased from Misa.
  • Great Deku Tree – The wheat can be bought from Daz the Korok inside the Great Deku Tree of Korok Forest.

Where to Find Tabantha Wheat in Tears of the Kingdom

If you don’t want to spend the Rupees, Tabantha Wheat can be found for free. To do this, visit Tabantha Frontier, which is south of Rito Village. Look for a grassy area, and swing a sharp weapon such as a sword to cut the grass. Do this a couple of times, and Tabantha Wheat will emerge. Some good coordinates to start hunting are: -3315, 1034, 0168.

What to do with Tabantha Wheat in Tears of the Kingdom

Tabantha Wheat is a great Tears of the Kingdom cooking recipe that is required for several meals. Although it doesn’t provide special perks on its own, when used in dishes, some pretty complex meals can be made. Try the following recipes:

  • Wheat Bread – Cook Tabantha Wheat and Rock Salt to make delicious bread.
  • Melty Cheese Bread – Add cheese to the prior recipe for Melty Cheese Bread.
  • Dark Soup – Add a Dark Clump to Tabantha Wheat, Butter, and Milk.
  • Hylian Tomato Pizza – Cook Hylian Tomatoes, Tabantha Wheat, and Cheese.
  • Apple Pie – Several pies can be made, including Apple Pie which requires Apples, Sugar, Butter, and Tabantha Wheat.
