Where to find all Legendary Schematics in Palworld

As with all games of its type, Palworld has its fair share of Legendary weapons and armor to craft. To find them, all you have to do is take down some of the most challenging Alpha Pals or Strongholds in the game. No problem. Here’s how to get all the Legendary Schematics in Palworld.

If you’re lucky enough to get a Legendary Schematic, it will appear in your inventory on a golden background and be followed by the number 4. For instance, “Pump-action Shotgun Schematic 4”. 

These Legendary tier weapons boast stats that are approximately four times higher than those of the equivalent base-level weapon. However, it’s worth noting that a Legendary Bow will likely not be better than a basic-level Makeshift Handgun and so forth. 

Legendary Armor Schematics from Alpha Pals

Most of the armor currently available within Palworld has a Legendary equivalent. Unfortunately, you’re not guaranteed to get a Schematic simply for defeating the associated Alpha Pal, but they’re worth trying repeatedly if you want the bragging points. 

Here are all of the Alpha Pals who can possibly drop Legendary Armor Schematics, as well as their level and location:

Sakurajima Legendary Armor Schematics

Further Legendary Armor Schematics were added as part of the Sakurajima update in June 2024, although obtaining them is slightly more problematic than previous ones. Rather than having to fight a specific Alpha Pal with the aim of getting the schematics to drop, you’ll need to venture to the Oil Rig that was added as part of the update.

Legendary Schematics can be found in Gold Chests on the rig, and you can possibly find any of the following:

• Legendary Plasteel Armor
• Legendary Plasteel Helmet
• Legendary Heat Resistant Plasteel Armor
• Legendary Cold Resistant Plasteel Armor
• Legendary Lightweight Plasteel Armor

Legendary Weapon Schematics

If you’re looking to do more damage and increase your firepower, there’s a Legendary Schematic for each weapon currently available in Palworld. These Legendary versions do about four times the damage of the base-level counterpart – wild, especially when you’re thinking about the Rocket Launcher. Imagine aiming at a level 3 Chikipi when you need some meat for cooking…

Sakurajima Legendary Weapon Schematics

As with Legendary Armor Schematics, more Legendary Weapon Schematics were added to Palworld with the addition of the Sakurajima update in June 2024. These can also be found on the Oil Rig Stronghold, so you’ll have a bit of a fight on your hands if you want to get your hands on them.

Here’s all of the Legendary Weapon Schematics that you can possibly get from Gold Chests on the Oil Rig:

  • It’s also possible to get this Schematic as a drop in any of the Sakurajima Dungeons, although this is less likely
