According to the Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Twitter/X, hardcore mode will be released on April 15, 2025. The new updates have already started rolling out with the latest Barber feature, and now, Hardcore Mode is the next one on the list.

I speculate that the update will be pretty massive, given that the Barber Mode had a substantial 90 GB patch. If KCD2’s hardcore mode is anything like its predecessor, there will certainly be a lot included in the upcoming patch.
