Whatcha been playing this week, Destructoid?

The last big news week of 2019

Recommended Videos

This week was a long and unbelievably challenging one. I really don’t have too much to say about it, not right here anyway. But it’s always nice to be among friends, and here at Destructoid, you are always among friends. I hope that you have had a pleasant week, and that this weekend brings you some fun and happiness, whether spent among your buddies and allies, or just enjoying your own solitary moment of peace and relaxation.

I’ve played nothing. Nada, zip, null. I have a queue of games waiting for my attention, such as Control, Superliminal, and Shovel Knight, alongside my regular hangouts Mortal Kombat 11, Rainbow Six Siege et al. But its been a busy, busy week – one of the biggest news weeks in some months – so actually playing games has taken a brief backseat. Still, with the Holidays bearing down on us fast, there will be plenty of time to bash away at the controller into the wee small hours.

Still, I’m sure all y’all have been hitting the digital world like nobody’s business, and I’d like to hear about that, so drop us a note below and fill us in on the adventures that are currently spinning in your consoles. 2019 may be finally drawing to a close, but it sure gave us a lot of great titles, so let us know what games are currently warming up your cold winter nights.

Have a wonderful weekend, from all of us at Destructoid.
