What is your platform of choice for Metal Gear Solid V?

I’m going with PS4 first, then PC

When Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain hits next month, it’ll arrive on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One platforms all at once. I totally forgot it was being developed for last-gen consoles, and thought that was only for Ground Zeroes to entice people to upgrade.

So, all in all, that’s a ton of potential platforms to choose from, with a variety of factors involved like price (previous-gen is $10 cheaper), visual quality, and of course, some inherent risk involved that Konami screws up the PC version. Personally, I’m going to pick it up on PS4 first, then PC down the line when there’s a sale, and the kinks have presumably been worked out.

Now this is just personal preference, but I think that once Metal Gear Online gets up and running, the biggest install-base will be on PS4. Not only because it’s the best-selling current-gen system, but a lot of fans are probably riding on that Sony platform nostalgia. Man I’m glad that someone convinced me to buy a PlayStation back in 1998.

Barring the fact that some of you may pick it up on multiple platforms, choose the one below that you’re taking care of first.
