Release week deals galore
If there ever was a Warhammer weekend in 2017 it’s probably this weekend. The open beta for Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III is live right now (signup here). If it looks worthy of a purchase GMG is hosting a solid 25% discount slashing the price for PC gamers from $60 to $44.99. Following the RTS is another release for next week with Sniper Ghost Warrior 3. While on its third installment, the title is far from popular when compared to Dawn of War III, which is currently sitting #2 on the top seller list. For Sniper Ghost Warrior 3? You’ll find it sitting pretty at #31. Unsurprisingly, beyond a 20% off discount, you’ll also score the Season pass for free if you pre-order before its release date next Tuesday, April 25.
Still haven’t picked up last month’s popular PC port of Nier: Automata? PC gamers are getting the discount treatment once more, this time the best price being DLGamer with a drop to $45.99. While most retailers have gone back to full price, DLGamer is sporting a 23% price break for the weekend.
Finally, this week Star Wars Battlefront II became available for pre-order at various retialers now that more details of the game have been revealed. If the hype has you looking to pick-up a copy Best Buy is running the typical 20% off discount for Gamers Club Unlocked members. Even better, anyone pre-ordering can pick up Best Buy’s free $10 Gift Card as an extra incentive. Previously, this was a common Best Buy pre-order bonus but it has since been relegated to select titles (for example, only Battlefront II and Destiny 2 qualifies for this promo so far in 2017).
