Mighty Switch Ports…
Spotted from a PEGI rating just last month, WayForward has confirmed the Mighty Switch Force! Collection is real and will be releasing soon. Launching on July 25, 2019, for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch, the compilation package will bring four of the Switch Force titles together in one easy bundle. That includes the original, its sequel, the Hyper Drive Edition of the first game, and Mighty Switch Force! Academy.
There’s a deeper dive into the specifics of each game over on Sony’s PlayStation Blog, but the package will be available for $19.99 on every platform. It’s a little curious that two versions of the original game are here, but I suppose there are enough differences between the two to warrant Hyper Drive’s inclusion. This will be the first time the Mighty Switch Force! series finds its way to a non-Nintendo console, so Sony and Microsoft fans are in for a treat.
