Having filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, Atari Inc. is in the process of selling its assets in order to break way from its French parent company Atari S.A. The bids and backup bids for some of the company’s notable properties have come through thanks to a court document being uploaded to Scribd for inquiring minds to pore over.

Most notably, Wargaming is listed as the successful bidder for Total Annihilation and Master of Orion, while Stardock is lined up to receive Star Control and Rebellion is going for Battlezone. These bids are pending court approval, which will happen on July 24, 2013. It’ll be interesting to see how these properties are treated at their new homes.
