Virtual Console trials coming to Wii U

Celebrating 30 years of Famicom

As part of the Wii U Virtual Console, Nintendo will be running a special promotion in celebration of the Famicom’s 30th anniversary this year. During a 30-day period, you’ll be able to download a specific full game for a special 30-cent price. The games will be released monthly as follows:
