Videogame Lebron James is a nightmare

He’ll swallow your soul

Sony’s E3 2013 press conference was going pretty well, and then suddenly it broke. For whatever reason, they decided to show an actual man talking to a videogame version of the same man. All this did was illustrate how far we are from truly gaining photo realism in polygon-based graphics. If they had just shown the videogame man, then maybe, but next to the real man, it looked like a crude flop at best, and a potentially offensive caricature at worst.

Then it yelled at me.

Now Sony is touting that we can still buy and sell used games as a PS4 selling point, with no forced online connection at any time, so chances are that Videogame James will soon be forgotten forever.

Not by me. Scarred for life.
