Videogame-inspired Scion xB is a thing of beauty

Giant Robot’s new Scion xB, which is based off of the Famicom, is one of the cooler fusions between cars and games I have seen in my four-plus years of babbling on this site. It might even be the coolest.

Besides the sleek design itself (Look at the Activision rainbow-esque upholstery!), you can’t help but freak out over the giant red buttons that open the vehicle’s doors and play game sound effects while doing so. This car also has a cartridge slot and can project games from both the front and back.

I said “wow.”
