And you said the Vita was dead
The time hasn’t come for your Vita to lay to rest. A recent trailer has announced that Valkyria: Azure Revolution will be landing on the PS Vita alongside the PS4 version when the game launches in January of 2017.
Along with that information comes details of a first-print edition. People who snag the game on release day will receive a bonus mission titled, “Judgment Chapter: Vanargand Formation.” This will be a fully voiced addition to the game set a day before the main story kicks off.
If you happen to be lucky enough to attend the Tokyo Game Show this year, you can also get a code for the “Battle Demo Ver. 2.0.” There aren’t many details about what that contains, but owners of the previous demo will acquire the upgrade for free.
The price of the PS4 version is set at 7,990 ($79.56) yen with the Vita port selling for 6,990 ($69.60). That seems incredibly pricey for a Vita title, but the US dollar has been pretty lackluster in recent years.
