We’re not sure what kind of statement Nintendo is making with its black Wii, but at least we know now that the new color is all but officially confirmed for the US.
Kotaku obtained an early image of a promotional poster for the black Wii, which has been rumored as coming to the US in May. According to the poster, the new Wii will come bundled with Wii Sports, Wii Sports Resort, controllers and a Wii MotionPlus unit all for $199. That’s quite a deal, we think. Perhaps the black stands for rejuvenation of slowing sales.
