Update: Mass Effect 2 DLC delay resolved

Recommended Videos

Sad news for Mass Effect 2 fans (which should be everybody) — EA has announced that the upcoming DLC, Kasumi’s Stolen Memory, has been slightly delayed on both 360 and PC.

According to an EA spokesperson, the DLC is being hindered by “server troubles”, and as a result the content is currently unavailable for download. No timeframe was given for when the download would actually be working, but EA says they’re working with Microsoft to fix whatever the problem is, and that the content will release “as soon as possible”.

Here’s to hoping they get the problem fixed quick — I’m ready to jump back into Mass Effect.

Update: “As soon as possible” turned out to be pretty quick — it’s out now.
