We heard yesterday about the next few add-ons for Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, one of which caught my eye. Yes, it was the one that introduced characters from other first-party games. How’d you guess? Now, we have screenshots of this new content, and are no longer forced to use our imaginations.
Unlike the Star Wars characters in Soulcalibur IV, I think this cross-promotion actually works without coming off as too insane. Ridiculous? Yes. But in a good way. The “PlayStation Heroes Skin Pack” contains Sev, a Helghast soldier, Nathan Hale, a Chimera, good Cole, evil Cole, and Zeke for use in multiplayer.
That’ll be happening on January 28 at a typical $4.99 price point. On the same day, a single-player demo for Uncharted 2 will be appearing on PlayStation Network as well. It seems like some of you were left feeling iffy after the first game, so here’s your chance to see if the sequel is more your style.
