Uncanny Valley does survival horror in 2D

And it looks good and spooky

I got a bit of a The Shining (stylistically crossed with Gods Will Be Watching) vibe in this trailer for Uncanny Valley, but that quickly jumped to more overtly terrifying fare.

Still impressive when a pixel art, 2D game can do scary — like Lone Survivor. Nice sound design helps that cause. Uncanny Valley is up on Indiegogo right now. I think it looks promising. And that bit of levity at the end of the trailer was cute.
