Keiji Inafune and Comcept are so busy! Mighty No. 9 still needs to come out, Mega Man Legends-inspired Red Ash (game and anime) just hit Kickstarter, and now there’s word of a Mighty No. 9 film. A live-action one at that.

Legendary Pictures and Comcept are teaming up for a “live action feature-length project for digital platforms.” Legendary made a b-movie out of an older Inafune-produced property with Dead Rising: Watchtower.

“This collaboration will give our creation the ability to reach people all over the world. Thanks to all of your support, we have fulfilled another one of our dreams,” Inafune said.

I hope they get the musician Beck to play Beck.
