It’s sad that Ubisoft can seemingly have success with anything it publishes, yet won’t put the effort in for games that really need it. For example, Splinter Cell: Conviction is number one for the second week running, despite not being for the so-called “casual” gamers. If Ubisoft put the same amount of hype into a Beyond Good & Evil game, it might sell more than three copies. Ah well.
Conviction is riding high again, with the scourge that is Just Dance clinging onto second place and refusing to die. Monster Hunter Tri debuts in fifth place, but that’s about the only interesting note on the whole chart. It’s your usual rundown of Wii games and movie licenses. Hit the jump for all that toss.
