UK Charts: Halo 3: ODST and Professor Layton clean house

We have two brand new games seizing the top two slots of the UK chart this week, and while Halo 3: ODST‘s top position is not shocking in the least, you may very well be surprised to learn that Professor Layton and Pandora’s Box is standing proud at number two!

The popular DS puzzle series has been enjoying some simmering success in the UK, with the original game hovering at the lower end of the chart for quite some time. Despite this, I’m very surprised to see Pandora’s Box enjoy such an amazingly successful debut. Surprised, but certainly not undelighted. 

Sometimes the British public shows that it’s not completely tasteless. Good chart had this week. Hit the jump for the rundown.
