Ubisoft registers Watch Dogs movie domains

One of E3’s biggest surprises has another surprise in store. It seems that Ubisoft has even bigger plans for Watch Dogs, with the possibility of a movie.

Last week they registered the URL WatchDogsMovie.com along with some of the variants on that to cover their asses. These pages do not direct to anything yet, but I wouldn’t blame you for checking, because a movie based on what we saw of Watch Dogs could be great.

Of course, reserving a few URLs does not necessarily mean that a movie is in the works. I’m sure they’re just planning ahead.
