It’s totally ‘Ubee-soft’
How do you pronounce Ubisoft? You can get an official look inside this issue directly from employees — near the end, founder and CEO Yves Guillemot coyly states that “you can pronounce it the way you want.”
It’s all “feel good” marketing drivel, but I legitimately want to know how people pronounce it as it’s always a lingering question in my mind. Now, I have an excuse to start that conversation. In my experience at events, most people do pronounce it the way that the company actually does during keynotes — “You-bee-soft.”
They are wrong.
