Triad Wars trailer reminds us how brutal the Hong Kong streets are

United Front’s 2012 sleeper-hit Sleeping Dogs taught us that the streets of Hong Kong are an unrelenting place. It’s a dog eat (sleeping) dog world, but these proverbial canines were looking to do something much worse than nibble you to death.

Triad Wars, United Front’s PC-only follow-up to Sleeping Dogs expounds on that significantly. The game’s most recent trailer prompts us to “own the underworld.” Delegation’s not the key, though. See that pile of severed swordfish heads? Skewer someone on it. Then, find a creative use for that circular saw. Now you own the underworld.
