Transformers Reactivate trailer

Transformers: Reactivate is a 1-4 player online action game coming next year

Hopefully, it’s more than meets the eye

I’ve made it a rule to try and avoid writing about game announcements that are nothing but CGI trailers and I’m going to break that rule right now. One of the more curious announcements from The Game Awards was for a new Transformers game called Transformers: Reactivate.

From developer Splash Damage, Reactivate will be a 1-4 player online action game planned for PC and consoles. In the game, a team of human survivors will Autobots to fight back against an extinction-level threat. The short blurb on the game’s website mentions “salvage” which leads me to believe you’ll be customizing your Autobot or Autobots.

Sadly, it’s still just a CGI trailer. Hopefully, we’ll get a better look at what Splash Damage has in store before Transformers: Reactivate enters Early Access next year.
