I can’t honestly recall the last time breaking seals in a videogame didn’t end horribly. Red Faction: Armageddon, as we learn with this new story-centric trailer, is no exception.
The seals on Mars have indeed been broken, which is why this new installment suddenly has alien foes running amok. Pretty standard action-y build-up trailer we’ve got here, complete with the quick cut to smooching and everything.
I’m still unsure about Armageddon, especially after that unpleasantly linear demo. We shall see.
