Trademark shows a PlayStation reward program: P.S. Thanks

Recommended Videos

Sony Computer Entertainment filed a trademark for something called P.S. Thanks. From the trademark description, filed on July 31st, it sounds like some kind of rewards program for PlayStation customers. Check out the trademark text for P.S. Thanks:

Entertainment services, namely, incentive rewards program geared toward quantifying, identifying and motivating top consumer base with the goal of promotion and sale of video game hardware and software.

What kind of rewards/incentive plan could Sony be working up? Maybe they’re trying to match Nintendo’s efforts with their Club Nintendo. That whole “top consumer base” seems to point to those who buy the most stuff. Who knows what they’ll do. I like the name, though.

What would you like to see in a Sony rewards and incentive program?
