Total War: Shogun 2 getting ‘limited edition’ release

Recommended Videos

When Creative Assembly’s Total War: Shogun 2 hits North American shelves next year, you’ll have a few choices.

You can get the regular edition of the game, which just comes with Shogun 2, and then everyone will laugh at you because you’re cheap and boring. Or you can pick up the fancier “Limited Edition” which will get you some extras, like the playable Hattori Clan faction, a “Nagashino” scenario, a set of armor for your online avatar, and some starting XP to spend on your online character.

It’s out March 15, so that gives you a few months to make your decision. Or you can make a snap judgement and tell us in the comments.
