Top Cow’s Hunter-Killer getting the XBLA/PSN treatment

Zombie Studios, the folks behind Blacklight: Tango Down, will be bringing Top Cow’s Hunter-Killer to life on Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network.

Created by artist Marc Silvestri and writer Mark Waid, Hunter-Killer focuses on genetically-enhanced human weapons known as “Ultras.” Originally designed to combat nuclear war, a group of Ultras go rogue, and that’s when things get interesting.

There aren’t much details about the game itself, which is being co-designed along with game production company, Union. How Hunter-Killer plays and what it looks like is a mystery. We also don’t know when it’ll be released, as the game doesn’t yet have a publisher.

Zombie and Union are taking meetings with interested publishers at E3 next week, so hopefully we’ll hear more soon.
