Toadette is making her way into Super Mario Maker

When Captain Toad was added to Super Mario Maker, it made sense that Toadette was only a matter of time. Nintendo confirmed her appearance this week as a Mystery Mushroom character, to be added in shortly alongside of the new update characters and Wolf Link.

I hope, like Splatoon, that there’s at least a year of support for Maker. It grows on you over time as Nintendo adds more and more items into the mix, changing the dimension of how you approach each creation.
