Excluding console ports, the last new Virtual-On game was released by Sega in 2003. After 14 years we have word of a brand new one coming to Japan for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita on February 15, 2018.
Announced during Sony’s pre-TGS PlayStation press conference, A Certain Magical Virtual-On will be a crossover of sorts with the A Certain Magical Index/A Certain Scientific Railgun franchise. Strange, but hey why the fuck not?
